She and her family just welcomed a baby girl into the household, so when she sent her schedule over to us, she said that she’s using the word “schedule” very loosely. Each day is different than the last with a five-week-old baby! But what I love about Candace’s hectic flurry of activity throughout the day is that she centers herself around love and helping others. She also works in moments for self-reflection to help ground herself for whatever challenges may come. I love that mindful intention!

In the weeks leading up to each new month, we’re busy behind the scenes at Model Behaviors conducting interviews, gathering photos, and figuring out giveaways. One of my favorite parts of all this planning is when we choose our next Woman of the Month.
It’s with great pleasure that I announce our April Woman of the Month—Candace Oliver.
She plays many different roles in her everyday life. She’s an AdvoCare distributor, a mother of three, a wife, a daughter, and a friend. Recently, she’s also been serving as an adviser for the Mommy Makeover Contest, guiding our participants through their AdvoCare 24-Day Challenges and cheering them on even after the Challenge was completed.

The moment has arrived! It’s time for our very first check-in with all of our Mommy Makeover participants. There have definitely been some incredible highs as well as some unforeseen lows, but our group of women is strong, and in the few short weeks of this contest so far, we’ve created a powerful support system to keep ourselves dedicated and on the path to a healthier, happier lifestyle!
