She and her family just welcomed a baby girl into the household, so when she sent her schedule over to us, she said that she’s using the word “schedule” very loosely. Each day is different than the last with a five-week-old baby! But what I love about Candace’s hectic flurry of activity throughout the day is that she centers herself around love and helping others. She also works in moments for self-reflection to help ground herself for whatever challenges may come. I love that mindful intention!
