Smoothie: AdvoCare Chia Avocado

As you know, I don’t start the day without my AdvoCare. Wonderful products like Catalyst help my body before and after my daily runs, and OmegaPlex helps to keep my immune system strong. Another one of my other favorite products is the Meal Replacement Shakes. They are filled with so many vitamins and nutrients and are the must-have product for anyone on the go. However, as a self-proclaimed chef, I like to take mine a step further. Here’s one of my favorite smoothies. Try it today, and let me know if it becomes one of your faves, too!


Smoothie: AdvoCare Chia Avocado

Ingredients
  • 1 12-oz bottle of juice (I like to use my weekly juice concoction of carrot, apple, celery, ginger, and cinnamon, but feel free to use the juice of your choice.)
  • 1 8-oz. bottle of drinkable yogurt (I love the Lucky Layla Farms brand in banana, but they make various flavors.)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of honey pecans
  • 1 avocado
  • ¼ cup of chia seeds
  • 1 AdvoCare Meal Replacement Shake (vanilla)
  • 4 cups of ice
Instructions
  1. Toss everything into the blender, activate, and serve.
