One of the best things about Friscovania is that it’s a Halloween extravaganza for absolutely everyone. From 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. there will be a haunted carnival with trick-or-treating, face painting, and games for the kiddos. Then, when the sun goes down, things will take a wild turn with live music and a haunted fashion show that you won’t want to miss! Get your photo taken with some local celebrities and wear your most spooktacular costume for a chance to win prizes.
The talent involved in putting this fabulous event together is absolutely epic. Some of the biggest names in the Dallas fashion scene have signed up to be a part of the festivities. In fact last week, a few Kim Dawson models—Kodi Nelson, Nicole Kaspar, Laurie Bing, and Anna Broadfoot (read more about our Frights of the Round Table here) donated their time and talent to shoot all of the promotional material produced by Model Behaviors. High fashion looks provided by the uber-talented Nha Khanh, with luxurious handbags by Susie Straubmueller, and the freshest of jewelry from the Akola Project, which helps empower women across the globe. Edgy hair and makeup looks created by Kim Dawson artists LB Rosser and Joanna Hathcock and the Campbell Agency’s very own artist extraordinaire Cheryll Smith. Of course, you can’t have a Model Behaviors’ shoot without our dynamic duo, photographer Simon Lopez and videographer Drew from Kharis Media. Even Gunner Whaley found some time to break away from his busy schedule to join in on some pre-Halloween fun. There couldn’t have been a better way to celebrate Kelly in preparation for the BIG event!

All of our love and efforts came together in such a stunning way! Every few minutes, someone would giggle, “That’s so Kelly!” The day was filled with lots of hugs, lots of laughs, and lots of bittersweet memories, and I know Friscovania is going to be one big extension of that love.
