It’s time to introduce our Show Your SYS-Glow contest winners! They’ve each agreed to use the AdvoCare SYS skin care line for three months, and we’ll check in with them each month to see how they’re doing. To kick things off, let’s get to know our three participants and their skin!
Age: mid-twenties
Skin Type: It’s oily and sensitive with a bit of redness. She’s an outdoorsy girl, and due to lack of sunscreen, has many freckles from sun damage.
Beauty Routine: In the morning, she rinses her face with water and sprays on fake tanner. After it dries, she applies moisturizer. At night, she wipes off her makeup with a cleansing wipe, then washes with a medicated gel cleanser. Finally she applies moisturizer and rubs in a night cream for her eyes.
Hopes: I really hope to be able to stabilize my oily skin, delay fine lines and discoloration underneath my eyes, and lighten my freckles from sun damage. I am excited to use an entire line of products instead of mixing and matching different brands.
Age: late thirties
Skin Type: dry
Beauty Routine: She exfoliates with a face scrub once a week. She wears makeup every day and doesn’t wash her face at bedtime. She’s read about moisturizers and eye serums but has yet to try any. Her face’s skin tone is different than the rest of her skin.
Hopes: I am looking forward to this new adventure of learning how to take care of my skin, especially because I am not getting any younger.
Age: early 30s
Skin Type: Her skin has been extremely oily until a few years ago when it started to become dryer. It’s very sensitive, and some makeup makes her face red.
Beauty Routine: She washes her face and applies moisturizer every morning and night. She uses an oil-free moisturizer during the day so that her skin doesn’t get too oily. She exfoliates about once a month.
Hopes: The most exciting thing I’m hoping for from AdvoCare SYS is to have younger-looking skin with less brown spots and less frequent breakouts so that I feel comfortable and need less makeup, specifically foundation and concealer.
So there you have it. We’ll check back in with these ladies next month. I can’t wait for them to show their glow! For me, it wasn’t until SYS that I found an entire skin care line that worked. Every product is extraordinary. It is such a relief to finally use the same line that I can trust to keep me looking my best everyday. I simply feel and look healthier. I have received so many compliments too, which is another reason I can’t wait to hear how our contestants fare. Go ahead, ladies…show that glow!
