Born in Flower Mound, TX, raised a Sooner, became a Chief, left my heart in Kansas City, relocated south and joined the Spurs family.

I’m currently a reporter for the San Antonio Spurs and the sideline reporter for Fox Sports Southwest. Along with my role at the Spurs, I’m a model, emcee, and the spokesperson for Silpada Design’s Best Trends segments.

Aside from my professional career, I love reading books, drinking red wine, traveling, and sightseeing. I love bonfires with family and s’mores, spending weekends watching football, and creating new recipes in the kitchen.

I’m earnestly seeking career growth and opportunities, and am always looking for other challenges to better myself and advance my professional course.

To give you a little bit of background, I was a journalism major at the University of Oklahoma, a part of the OU Rowing team and a member of the Alpha Chi Omega sorority. During my time at OU, I was heavily involved with the broadcast program, working as a sports anchor and an entertainment reporter. I also worked at a local news station, KFOR, as a writer and editor.

After graduating in July of 2012, I was lucky enough to quickly begin my journey in the NFL with the Kansas City Chiefs. I was the sideline reporter, co-host of the pregame show, and host of the team’s offseason show. I also wrote for chiefs.com on a daily basis, emceed events, and covered the team’s community events for three seasons.

During my time in Kansas City, I participated in the Miss Kansas USA pageant and placed in the Top 5. It was an incredibly rich experience that taught me a lot about myself and pushed me to achieve extreme goals. It definitely crushed my preconceived notions about pageants and the negative connotations that they bring. I have a newfound respect for those girls and the work they put into these competitions. I’m extremely thankful for my incredible family, friends, coaches, and sponsors and will always cherish the memories, friendships, and experiences of that pageant.

Shortly after checking that off my bucket list and finishing up my third season with the Chiefs, I ended up receiving a few job offers, so I packed my bags for San Antonio and became a part of the Spurs Sports & Entertainment organization.

When I was asked to contribute to Model Behaviors, I was overjoyed! I’m thrilled to be a part of this incredible team and ecstatic to be able to write about one of my passions—sports. I hope to provide insight into the sports world and help readers develop a better understanding of the game, the rules, the terminology, and everything else you need to know.
